your AI firestarter

Get your leadership team moving on AI.

One focused session. Your leaders on the same page, and out with a plan they own. As a bootcamp, a keynote and working session at your next meeting, or private coaching for executives.

The session

What is an AI Firestarter?

Most leadership teams know AI matters. Few agree on what to do about it, or feel ready to lead it. An AI Firestarter fixes that. You leave with the know-how and the confidence to act.

Practical, plain advice for leaders and boards on:

  • what the technology can and cannot do
  • where it can make or save money in your business
  • whether your people and your systems are ready for it
  • whether your data is good enough, and what to do if it is not
  • how to make it pay for itself
  • the rules, the risks, and how to stay safe

Ways to start

Three ways to start. You pick the one that fits.

Whichever you choose, you get two senior people who put AI to work for a living, know the technology and the people side, and say plainly what works and what to avoid. There is a lot of noise about AI. This is straight advice you can plan and act on.

  1. The Firestarter Bootcamp

    One or two days

Day 1 gives your team a solid grounding: the language, what the technology does, the risks, what is coming, and how to lead on it. Day 2 is optional: an honest look at where you stand, and a plan built with you that fits your business.

  2. Keynote and working session

At your quarterly review, away day, conference or board meeting

Two to three hours on your agenda, with a bigger group in the room. A keynote built around your brief, a working session on the questions that matter to you, and a short list of priorities the room agrees to act on.

  3. White-glove coaching

    Private sessions for executives

One executive, or a handful from the same top team. One day, or two half days. You come out able to talk about AI with your board, see where it fits your strategy, and lead on it.

What it costs

One price per option, for the whole team, however many come. The bootcamp is priced per day. It covers two senior people in the room, the preparation beforehand, a written summary and short follow-up sessions afterwards. In person or online, same price. Affordable enough to not require sign-off. Prices exclude VAT. Travel at cost.

Making AI work and pay takes three kinds of people: people who know your business, people who know the technology and the data, and people who know how to change the way a company works. You bring the first. Firestarter brings the other two, from years of doing it. Everyone on the team has led AI work themselves, and has the stories to prove it.
