One or two days

Day 1: the foundations, and how to lead on AI
What it covers:

- what is working right now in other companies, and what is failing
- what is coming next, and what others in your world are doing
- the tools, shown live, so you see what they can really do

Day 2: making the plan
A working day, on your own business: where AI could fit, and where it is already taking hold and paying off. It starts with a quick, honest look at where you stand today: how ready your people are, the state of your data, the systems you run on now, and how the work actually gets done. Then the plan is built together:
- where to start, and why
- what is likely to work early, and what is not
- the quick wins that really are quick
- a roadmap for the next twelve months, and who owns each part of it
