A keynote. What is real, what is hype, and stories from the front line that get the room talking about what AI means in practice for your business.

Working session
60 to 90 minutes
Where you stand against your peers. Where AI could help first in your business, and where it could hurt. What you already do that you can build on, and what to fix or watch out for.

Close
30 minutes
The discussion points are closed out, and the room agrees a short list of priorities to take away.

- clear priorities to build a plan from
- plain guidance on the rules, security and risk
- a short write-up of what the room agreed
